Katrin Kolo Choreographic Thinking - Mentoring - Pumpfoiling - Artistic Practice
"As a facilitator, Katrin creates and maintains a safe space with her method. This creates far more than a space for thinking—it also creates a space for feeling and one that leads to action."

Thinking with your brain
Thinking with your whole body
In times of digitalization and increasing use of AI, human perception and experience are essential to find solutions as well as new ideas and to continuously shape relationships.
It's about our very own human skills
How do we as individuals, teams or organisations maintain resilience, creativity and motivation? How do we create relationships? How do I position myself in a team or a team in an organisation? How can I take on, share and shape leadership? How do I allow myself to be led? How do I deal with uncertainty? How do I listen to my intuition? How do I train my specifically human skills? And what are these? How does our team or our organisation develop organically when we put people at the centre?
Choreographic Thinking
uses and translates individual body knowledge and that of the group's "ensemble" body to work on complex, dynamic topics and to generate innovative solutions and new ideas. It is a collaborative method that iterates between non-verbal movement sequences and verbal reflections and is suitable for all topics in which people are involved.
This is how you can imagine a Choreographic Thinking workshop: Participants can participate by observing or moving, and can switch between the two whenever they wish. The group is guided to develop small choreographies in the form of everyday movements such as standing, sitting, or walking, to reflect on these, and to relate them to the topic/question. In this way, there is an iterative alternation between non-verbal movement sequences and reflective discussions until sufficient insights or solutions are literally present that can be applied directly in one's own everyday life.
